About the Foundation

The Patrick Luc Nixon Memorial Foundation was founded in memory of Patrick Luc Nixon, who was killed at the age of 19 while crossing a street at a crosswalk. Patrick loved his high school, Enloe Magnet High School, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The Foundation will annually award a scholarship to an Enloe graduating senior who has been accepted and plans to attend UNC-Chapel Hill.

The Foundation is a North Carolina based, non-profit 501(c)3 corporation. The law firm of Morgan and Perry in Fuquay Varina, NC is the registered agent of the Foundation. All IRS regulations and requirements have been met.

The Foundation has no employees. Any operating expenses or requirements are handled by the Nixon Family.
