About the Foundation

The Patrick Luc Nixon Memorial Foundation was founded in memory of Patrick Luc Nixon, who was killed at the age of 19 while crossing a street at a crosswalk. Patrick loved his high school, Enloe Magnet High School, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The Foundation will annually award a scholarship to an Enloe graduating senior who has been accepted and plans to attend UNC-Chapel Hill.

The Foundation is a North Carolina based, non-profit 501(c)3 corporation. The law firm of Morgan and Perry in Fuquay Varina, NC is the registered agent. All IRS regulations and requirements have been met. Joyce & Co. CPA files the returns on behalf of the foundation. 

The Foundation has no employees. The Nixon Family reimburses any operating expenses and handles all requirements.
