Scholarship Information
Qualification:
The foundation has been established to primarily provide an annual scholarship to a deserving Enloe graduating senior who has been accepted to UNC-Chapel Hill.
Your application must include:
a) a transmittal letter that includes your volunteer activities;
b) your Enloe transcript. GPA must be 3.5 (weighted) or better;
c) two (2) recommendation letters signed by current or past teachers; and
d) a minimum 500 word essay on why you’re attending college and what you hope to accomplish

2024 Scholarship Recipient
Chloe Chu has been selected to receive the 2024 Patrick Luc Nixon Foundation Scholarship in the amount of $5,000. Chloe had an outstanding academic and service record at William G. Enloe Magnet High School. Among other volunteer activities, Chloe taught an English course to Taiwanese elementary students. We are confident she will continue doing great work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She intends to pursue a degree in nursing.
2023 Scholarship Recipient
2023 - $5,000 Scholarship Awarded to Elliot Hollis
Elliot is ready to continue his journey of learning at UNC-CH where he will focus on public policy. He began giving back to the community at an early age and continued throughout high school. He held several leadership positions in Eagle Scouts, marching band, and the wrestling team while at Enloe. His eagerness to embrace what lies ahead is evident.
2022 Scholarship Recipients
2022 - $2,000 Scholarship Awarded to Kyle Lin
Kyle will attend UNC Chapel Hill and major in Business Administration. At Enloe he was involved in Student Council, National Honor Society, and the Enloe Charity Ball. Kyle also served as Student Body Vice President of Finance and led student engagement & fundraising events.
2022 - $2,000 Scholarship Awarded to Neharika Kodali
Neharika plans to double major in Public Policy and Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management on a pre-law track at UNC Chapel Hill. Her charitable work has helped her realize her passion for service and equity. Neharika served as Senior Class Vice President, Indian Battalion Commander of JROTC, and participated in many community events.
